All information that you share with us will be only be used in connection with the work of Purnam Ayurveda. It will never be shared with any third parties save for our appointment scheduling partner (Acuity Scheduling) and payment processor (Square) who send out our appointment and invoice emails, both of whom are fully GDPR compliant.

What is Site Tracking?

When you visit our website, you will be asked whether you agree to the site’s use of cookies. A cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed onto your computer’s hard drive. We use Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics to collect information about how people use this site. This is to make sure it is meeting its users’ needs. It also helps us to understand how we can improve. We do not collect or store site visitors’ personal information (e.g. name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who they are.

Access to, removal, and correction of your information

Information that is kept for marketing purposes will be kept until you ask for it to be removed. If you ask, it will be removed immediately after the request is received. Financial information is required by law to be kept for seven years. This will include your contact information as invoiced.

We do not, never have, and never will share or sell your information to any third party, unless required to do so by law.

You can request to remove any information we hold about you. If you request us to delete all of your contact information completely, then any bookings or appointments you have in the system will be cancelled as a result and you will no longer receive e-Newsletters, updates, information about our events, products, offers, and initiatives.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.  We will honour this request as quickly as possible. We may make a small charge for this service depending on the information requested.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You have the right to have your information corrected; if any information we hold about you is wrong then please notify us and we will amend it to be accurate.

You have the right to complain about the holding of your information. If we cannot resolve your complaint, or you feel that the response is inadequate, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or take your complaint to the Courts. If you choose this latter approach we would advise you to seek qualified legal advice.
