The ritual begins with a little breathing meditation and grounding massage of the feet and lower legs to help settle the body . Facial skin is then prepared with deep cleansing and a gentle exfoliating scrub.
Massage is performed on the face and feet. The Kansa wand stimulatesthe Marma (energy) points of the face & feet and confers therapeutic benefits to the entire body, including reduced tension & anxiety, improved concentration, relief of eye strain, brightening of eyes and reduction of dark circles & puffiness and an overall feeling of wellbeing and happiness.
A deeply hydrating mask completes the treatment whilst the hair and scalp are treated with Brahmi Hair oil and the Kansa comb further inducing a deep sense of calm and relaxation as the marma points on the head are massaged.
