Ksheeradhara - Cooling Head Therapy
For very high pitta cases where it is essential to cool the mind, Ksheeradhara is performed. It is a therapy for the head, similar to Shirodhara, except that it is given using medicated milk, boiled with herbs like Brahmi, Bala, Ashwagandha, instead of medicated oil.
